The goal of Precision Construction Co. from the beginning was to blaze a very unique trail in the construction / renovation industry which traditionally prioritizes cost over quality, corner cutting, and questionable business practices as the standard deliverable – with communication and customer service as an afterthought.
Precision Construction Co. decided to swim against the current by creating something special that focuses on PEOPLE and the EXPERIENCE as the priority, rather than simply getting the job done. We knew that if we could marry exceptional service practices with outstanding carpentry and finish work, there was a substantial opportunity to shine. As a result, the mission “Building Homes, Building People” was created and has been the foundation of Precision Construction Co. since inception.
We are family run company with a combined experience of over 65 years. We offer an excellent range of high quality services like Kitchen Remodeling, Remodeling Bathrooms, Home Building. We don’t charge for overhead profit margins, we don’t have ‘Fat Cat’ shareholders, fleets or big offices. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our craftsmanship and the superb finish that we achieve on every job.

Precision Construction Co. was founded by Ron Bahat and he has been building, remodeling and renovating homes for over 15 years as a licensed contractor with the California Contractors State License Board, License No. 796588. With over 250 projects, large and small, his experience and insight into getting a job done correctly is invaluable. Completed projects range from New Construction, Room Additions, Kitchen/Bath Remodels, masonry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing and everything in between. He has served clients in the cities of Beverly Hills, Westwood, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Westwood and Brentwood. Clients living in Thousand Oaks, Studio City, Encino and other neighboring cities in and throughout the San Fernando Valley enthusiastically recommends Ron’s professional demeanor and reliable work.
